Alan Billington

Technical

With over 30 years experience in the telecommunications sector, Alan is an expert in delivering complex technical solutions, often in challenging environments.

Having been Principal Engineer with Vodafone, before enjoying ten years in Australia specialising in Land Mobile Radio systems, Alan is accomplished in tailoring solutions to meet client needs.

Trevor Tattersall

Programme and IT

Trevor is an expert in large scale project delivery with a particular interest in understanding organisational behaviour and managing change.

Leading our project delivery team, Trevor is an accomplished IT infrastructure manger having previously enjoyed successful senior roles in the Banking and IT sectors.

Project Delivery

With 20 years relevant experience, and having been an accomplished quality manager in the communications sector, Stuart is passionate about delivering projects to the highest standards.

Stuart leads on project delivery with a focus on risk management.

Jason Barlow

Service Delivery

Jason has over 30 years’ experience in Telecommunication and IT service delivery and takes responsibility for service provision to our ITIL standard support clients.

Jason is passionate about digital transformation and has successfully delivered digital strategies by adopting a collaborative and outcome-based leadership style - helping team members take accountability, be autonomous and thrive.

Clare O'Connor

An accomplished leader with over 25 years experience across Financial Services and retail, having previously been area manager for NatWest Bank Plc. and Sue Ryder.

Clare is passionate about delivering world class customer service through the successful engagement of people.

Neil Davis

Operations

Neil is responsible for day to day operational activity.

Having previously served as a Telecommunications Engineer and Manager in Her/His Majesty’s Armed Forces, Neil has a focus on delivering quality services that are delivered right first time.

Mandy Bibby

Quality

Mandy is responsible for QHSE support, helping achieve continued improvements within Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental performance.

Mandy ensures the safety & quality of TES operations in alignment with our Integrated Management System.

An experienced QHSE implementer and manager, with over 20 years’ experience of developing and improving QHSE often in challenging environments, Mandy is qualified in IOSH Managing Safety and as an ISO Lead Auditor.
